Eastmain is a Cree village located in the James Bay region of the province of Quebec, Canada. It is situated on the east bank of the Eastmain River at the mouth of the La Grande River. The village is home to about 700 people, most of whom are First Nations. The climate in Eastmain is classified as Subarctic, with cold winters and warm summers.
