Napaimute is a former village located in the U.S. state of Alaska. It was the winter residence of the Nunamuit people, who moved there from the Kuskokwim River in the 18th century. The village was located on the north bank of the Kuskokwim River, about 5 miles downstream from Napakiak. The climate in Napaimute is subarctic with long, cold winters and warm, short summers.
